Qualifications to become a Fourth
Degree member:
Over
18 years of age.
A
citizen of the country where you reside.
A Third Degree
member in good standing with your local council.
If you meet all of the above qualifications,

to fill out the K of C Form-4 to become a 4th Degree
member or to transfer into the Stritch Assembly.
Once you have completed the form-4 up to section 4,
along with your membership # and signature.
Bring the form-4 to your Council's FS and have him
sign and submit it via your Stritch member proposer to
the Stritch Assembly Navigator or Stritch Assembly
Admiral.
You and your Council's FS will be
contacted about the next
Exemplificationor when your transfer has been
completed.
